These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Black Coaches Club, available at blackcoaches.club, including the Black Coaches Club website, mobile applications, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, posting content, or otherwise using Black Coaches Club, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Black Coaches Club. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and not impersonate another person or organization.
Black Coaches Club may offer paid memberships, subscriptions, marketplace features, advertising, wallet features, or other paid services. Prices, benefits, billing periods, taxes, renewal terms, refunds, and cancellation options are shown at checkout or in the applicable feature. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. You authorize Black Coaches Club and its payment providers to process payments you initiate through the service.
You retain ownership of content you submit to Black Coaches Club, including profile information, posts, comments, messages, stories, media, listings, jobs, and ads. By submitting content, you grant Black Coaches Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify for formatting, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service.
You are responsible for your content and must have the rights needed to submit it. Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, harassing, hateful, exploitative, obscene, infringing, invasive of privacy, or otherwise harmful to the Black Coaches Club community.
Black Coaches Club may review, remove, limit, suspend, or disable content, accounts, listings, ads, messages, or features when we believe these Terms, our policies, user safety, service integrity, or applicable law require it. We may also preserve or disclose information when necessary to investigate abuse, comply with law, or protect rights and safety.
Black Coaches Club may integrate with third-party services, including Google, Instagram, Stripe, PayPal, hosting providers, analytics providers, and notification services. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Black Coaches Club is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.
Black Coaches Club and its logos, branding, software, interfaces, design, text, graphics, and other service materials are owned by Black Coaches Club or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit Black Coaches Club materials except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission.
You may request account deletion from your account settings. Black Coaches Club may suspend or terminate your account or access to any feature if you violate these Terms, create risk, cause harm, or use the service in a way that may expose Black Coaches Club or others to legal liability. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Black Coaches Club is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Black Coaches Club disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Black Coaches Club and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, service interruption, or unauthorized access arising from or related to your use of Black Coaches Club.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use of Black Coaches Club after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
